No there are no hidden costs – your preliminary agreement and quote will outline all the included and excluded costs.
There are a lot of smoke and mirrors when it comes to those reality renovation shows. For example, there is a whole team of trades that remain unseen who are completing most works onsite on a shift basis which is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Every project is different; we provide a detailed run down of project days prior to commencement of works onsite - but the average build time is around 6 - 9 months.

Yes, we take care of all town planning applications and liaise with the Town Planners on behalf of our Clients.
For non-town planning jobs and subject to council approvals, the average lead time is 4 - 5 months.
